There’s never been a more important time to employ an apprentice

There have been some incredibly challenging times in recent months in the apprenticeship sector. Like the vast majority of organisations we have had to adapt quickly to new ways of working in order to support the employers and apprentices we work with. However, as we transition back to our normal proactive ways, we can reflect on a number of amazing positives that we have seen over this turbulent period. Because of this, Apprenticeships at Salford City College have seen a real need for the introduction of Higher Apprenticeships in Project Management.

More school and college leavers are choosing apprenticeships

Apprenticeships are becoming an increasingly popular choice for young people leaving full-time education, as not only will they be earning a wage, but they will also be gaining valuable work experience and gaining a nationally recognised qualification.

Apprenticeships at Salford City College are currently recruiting the most gifted school and college leavers from across Greater Manchester, to add to their already impressive portfolio of apprentice talent.
