Now in its fourth year, the Greater Manchester Business Awards has had to change its format considerably to remain relevant under the current restrictions for Covid-19. To replace the scheduled black tie event, the winners were announced on the 4th September at a special live streaming ceremony featuring ITV’s Paul Crone. The live announcement revealed the 8 category winners in a special broadcast over YouTube, put together by organisers Rich Media Group International. The Rich Media Group have announced the launch of the new Greater Manchester Business Awards 2020. The grand final will take place at a glittering awards evening on Friday 4 September at the Edwardian Manchester Hotel in the heart of Manchester – part of the Radisson Hotel Group. This business awards will be raising money for Children and Young People’s mental health services at Pennine Care. The Greater Manchester Business Awards consists of 12 individual awards:
- Business of the Year (4 Categories)
- Businessperson of the Year
- Business Innovation Award
- Family Business of the Year Award
- Customer Service Excellence Award
- Community and Social Responsibility Award
- New Business Award
- Employer of the Year Award
- Wellbeing in the Workplace Award
The awards are for any businesses or individuals who are based within the Greater Manchester region as set out by The Association of Greater Manchester Authorities (AGMA).
Back for a triumphant third year the Greater Manchester Business Awards are once again showcasing the very best of Greater Manchester’s business community. Organised by specialist conference organisers, innov8 Conference Services, the awards are set to highlight the hard work and entrepreneurship local businesses are delivering, taking a view that the Greater Manchester region is still the powerful centre for commerce in the Northwest.
The venue for the Awards has changed to the Imperial War Museum North, which will be a fantastic host for the main event on 8 February 2019.
